Cross-flow filtration offers high capacity, efficient filtration possibility for wineries.
Suitable for various duties, substituting several filtration steps at must, wine and sparkling wine applications.
This method is also used for stopping fermentation, correcting wine spoilage and increasing shelf life of wine.
